The G3 SAS is the ''British Special Air Services Custom Weapon'', the new model of the Tokyo Marui G3 Automatic Electric Gun series that were recently phased out of production (excluding the MC51 and G3 SG-1 models).
G3 SAS is an up-to-date modernised version of the G3 series just like SG552 SEALS is for Tokyo Marui SG series. The reasons for deciding to make G3 SAS AEG was because they wanted to please especially the survival gamers. G3 SAS is indeed perfect fit for any serious survival gamer with it’s practical new features, such as a redesigned front unit with metal inner parts. This is to give solid gun with no wobble and better accuracy. Shortened barrel has been introduced with PDW-style muzzle flash hider. Further compactness has been achieved by removing the telescope stock and replacing it with receiver end cap.
Because of tightened front unit they added expanded handguard for the battery. Rail unit is located under the front unit to give possibility for installation of e.g. RIS grip or SureFire M900.
