This Issued German Army 3-way folding shovel with rubber case is made to mil. specs and ideal when clearing areas for making camp, gardening, excavating, cutting through vegetation, digging or keep in vehicle for Emergency use if the winter is going to be hard.
All Steel unit from handle to shovel with a 23cm x 15cm (9' x 6') steel blade, finished in olive green paint, which can be fixed
at a 90 degree angle.
It has a spade tip for easy digging and the blade has serrated edge and side for sawing roots etc.
This military type shovel has a collar lock for stability and folds 3 way, from 58cm to 25cm (23' to 10'),(please note this is an issued shovel and will therefore arrive with some marks and scratches on the item) for easy storage. It includes a convenient rubber case for protecting the spade from contents inside the rucksack when the spade is not being worn in the belt.
A spade is a must for any survival camping situation.
