YUKON Waterproof Advanced Optics Night Vision
The new NVMT2-WP (Night Vision Multi Task) 3x42 Waterproof from Yukon Advanced Optics is engineered to be lightweight, compact and surprisingly affordable. It's perfect for the outdoor enthusiast to take from a sporting event to a hunt. Yukon's exclusive PULSE™ system Infrared (IR) Illuminator provides infrared lighting for an enhanced image, while staying invisible to the human eye and animal's eyes.
The PULSE™ system utilizes quick IR energy bursts that penetrate further to increase distance, visibility and image quality, without significant battery drainage or untimely IR burnout. The NVMT Seawolf series is capable of being submersed in at least 3-feet of water for at least 24 hours without any damage. They are ideal use under extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, dirt and dust.
Featuring a high grade Gen 1 Image Intensifier Tube (IIT), the NVMT has a built-in, powerful Infrared (IR) Illuminator for use in very low
light/total darkness. Power for the scope and IR is provided by 1 x 3V Lithium CR123A battery (not included). A green LED next to the
viewfinder indicates when the Image Intensifier Tube is switched on while a red LED indicates when the IR Illuminator is switched on.
A tripod socket is built-in as standard.
The NVMT2WP is based on the standard NVMT2, but features a blue bodyshell to denote that it is
fully waterproof to a depth of 1m for 10 minutes. It offers 3.0x image magnification and a 20° field of view.
A belt mountable case is included with all Yukon NVMT models.
