Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) breathable cold weather parka is one of the most technologically advanced cold weather clothing systems in the world. It uses H2O proof fabric, which insulates against exposure to prolonged cold and is fully waterproof, windproof, and breathable for use in rain, snow, and sleet.The 3-layer fabric has a breathable membrane laminated between the outer shell and inner fabrics and tape is applied to all seams to prevent water leaking through the stitch.
