| DELIVERY - Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days but please allow a timespan of Approx 28 days plus for delivery please note that is is an approx timescale and we do not give this timescale as a guarantee it is just as a rough eta , Delays can be through us having to wait for the goods to be manufactured and also we have goods that come in from overseas and as with anything we do our best to get the goods within a certain timescale but as with everything in life..we cannot guarantee that every delivery arrives on shedule.. ( Should your goods be delayed we do apologise in advance for this unfortunate position it is usually a dilema that our suppliers are out of stock of that initial product(s) and unfortunately we ourselves then have to wait for the product(s) to be available, in some cases we would seek other suppliers for the same item altho it may be a different branded name the product would still be the same, We do apologise if your goods have been delayed but sometimes this is due to circumstances beyond our control.) (excluding weekends)Please note that in some cases products that are imported from abroad can take considerably longer before delivery is within our company but we will always endevour to get the products to you as quickly as is possible, all goods that are delayed will be shipped to the customer on a Next Day service with NO extra cost to the customer. Also please note that if we do not receive any written confirmation of your order wanting to be cancelled the goods will be dispatched to you upon receipt of stock, if you do return the goods back to us we will deduct a 5% handling charge from your refund og goods, we also do this for goods that are bought in error of judgement. This number is included in the e-mail confirmation you received when you ordered the goods from our online shop. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO RECENT WEATHER CONDITIONS DELIVERIES WILL TAKE LONGER AS SOME OF OUR SUPPLIERS ARE IN THE NORTHERN AREA, ALSO COURIER SERVICES WILL BE AFFECTED THIS IS UNFORTUNATLEY BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE DO APOLOGISE. UK orders are sent by FedEx and can take up to 5 working days from despatch to arrive. When ordering please also include a day time telephone number, in case we need to contact you regarding your order. TELEPHONE ORDERS - Please note that telephone orders will only be kept open for 7 days, within which time the customer must arrange paymentby debit/credit card, cheque, postal order or cash. Beyond this time, the order will be considered cancelled by default.You can always find the delivery charge for the items you intend to order within the shopping basket (accessed by clicking the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button) before you finalise the order and process payment. |
