Delivery & Charges

DELIVERY - Goods in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days but please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.
(excluding weekends)Please note that in some cases products that are imported from abroad can take up to 3-4 weeks before delivery is within our company but we will always endevour to get the products to you as quickly as is possible, all goods that are delayed will be shipped to the customer on a Next Day service. CLICK HERE to write to us or phone 01386-793 064 with your order reference number to hand. This number is included in the e-mail confirmation you received when you ordered the goods from our online shop.

UK orders are sent by FedEx and can take up to 5 working days from despatch to arrive. When ordering please also include a day time telephone number, in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the following countries:-
Alderney, Belgium, BFPO, Channel Islands, France, Germany, Herm, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Northern Ireland and Sark.

IMPORTANT
Please ensure that a reasonable inspection of the goods is carried out before the carrier leaves, and that any damaged items are signed for as DAMAGED on the carrier's delivery docket.
Damaged items not signed for in this way will not be refundable.

DELIVERY CHARGES
The charges below are per order and indicate the standard Delivery & Packing charges.

TELEPHONE ORDERS - Please note that telephone orders will only be kept open for 7 days, within which time the customer must arrange payment by debit/credit card, cheque, postal order or cash. Beyond this time, the order will be considered cancelled by default.

You can always find the delivery charge for the items you intend to order within the shopping basket (accessed by clicking the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button) before you finalise the order and process payment.
