Care instructions:
After use, soak dish in warm or hot water, then wash gently with a liquid detergent
Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or gritty soap powders
Do not place empty Enamelware or allow to boil dry on a hot plate
Enamel on steel is hard and strong but like all good ceramic materials, it will chip if handled roughly
HINT: A light coat of cooking oil applied prior to use makes washing easier.
